There were papers to sign at the realtor's office today. Our home now has a firm offer, and we need to be ready to move out by June 29th.

There were people to call: the young man who wants to do our excavating work, a new friend who does foundations, a well driller.  And that is only the start. If we are going to have a house to move into in one month we have a lot to do.

And we still don't have the financing, but that will come.
